Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via BillPlz within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. makanApa will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
We reserve the right to issue refunds as account credit at our discretion, where applicable.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue by emailing us directly at admin@makanapa.azmiproductions.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute — [Order ID]".
